Hi
I have requested a temporary password for a TNG, Serial: 042C-06B6-202B-D231-93A7, temporary login: admin - 1668D4F7. It does not work, still comes back with invalid username/password.
Do I need a new temp login, or is their another reason?

Dear Theu
The temporary (daily) password will only work for the day it was requested.
Once logged in, please change the password to the default (datatex) or as per client request.
The password for today is:
Username - admin
Password - 1787F943
Please let me know if you were able to log into TNG.
