To write a plugin or to see if we already have a plugin that will translate the call details the PABX sends off, we need the actual rawdata file. You can capture the rawdata using PABX3 (in the Tools folder on the TNG install CD) or for example putty - see forum post
How do I enable logging of data in Putty?.
If you use PABX3 from the TNG install CD, simply copy it into your Datatex folder. Double-click to run the pabx3.exe in the PABX3 folder. Check under 'TOOLS' that there is a tick next to create rawdata - refer to forum post
Why is my rawdata not logging to file? Configure PABX3 to connect to the PABX.
If you cannot capture the data with suggested methods then your PABX does not send if off as per TNG call logging methods which is:
1.) serial connection
2.) network (connect to TCP IP and port)
3.) input file
Your rawdata needs to be accessible via these methods.
Please forward me a raw data file.
