Technical password

I am trying to do an asterisk installation. I am now at the point where I need to change some info and I am in need of the technical password. Can someone be of assistance please? I have emailed support but have heard nothing yet.

The default technical password is not posted publically for security purposes. This is to prevent that unauthorized users gains access to the software.
