Invalid Key problems

Hi

Upon registration on a new TNG system at my client I keep getting invalid key when I enter the products serial number?

Please assist...

If you are using TNG (with buffer), please supply the buffer serial number (on sticker on USB buffer box). We can then look up the serial number linked to it.

Please check when you enter the product serial number, the digits can only be digits:
0-9
A-F
