TNGLive not costing calls

Your TNG.log file for version 1.1.0.5 has entries:
- Code: Select all
2012-11-26 08:16:11:641 [1.1.0.5] - SERIALNOTMATCHSYSTEM - NOT VALID
2012-11-26 08:16:42:061 [1.1.0.5] - SERIALNOTMATCHSYSTEM - NOT VALID
This causes the issue were you cannot upgrade.
- You can stop the tng service.
- Make a backup of the tng folder (C:\Program Files\datatex\tng)
- Uninstall TNG Live.
- Install TNG Live.
- Log into TNG Live. If it has no errors, we can try and update the call data from the backup:
- Stop the TNG service.
- Make a backup of the TNG data folder (C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\data).
- Copy the backed up 'data' folder from the previous TNG install(inside the 'tng' folder) to your new installation and replace it's 'data' folder.
- Start the TNG service.
- If you can login without any errors (see startup entries in tng.log),
you can now upgrade your TNG Live to version 1.1.1.8.
- Upgrade to TNG Live 1.1.1.8 - see forum post:
Where do I find the latest version of TNGLive(Windows)? - After the upgrade log into TNG Live and check that it is a valid installation.
