Mitel 3300 Console Calls not being recorded

Hi Support,

Having a problem where outgoing calls from the Mitel 3300 Console (5550) are not being recorded.

The test calls were made to the following number (0728685211) on the 21/11/2012

I have attached the plugin that i am using as well as rawdata.

Could you please advise if you have a newer plugin that reports on the calls correctly?

The SMDR settings are standard.

Which AMETHYST recording solution do you use?
Trunks side or Extension side or USBClient?

Correction, you meant call details (not recordings).

I will run the raw data with the latest version of the Mitel Certified plugin and give feedback.

I ran the rawdata with supplied plugin(version 2008.8.4.1) and found a couple of calls for the cell number given:

All three names appearing are switchboard console operators:
ILEE, PJACK,BMAKUPU.

The calls displaying are the calls in question that are not displaying correctly...

Any feedback?

If you look at the calls that you extracted from the data you will see that the console outgoing calls are not recorded under the console names/extension. The line numbers are used as the extension numbers...

So it seems to be a simple error of the incorrect string being captured as the extension number for console calls...

Please let me know the outcome as this is obviously affecting all Mitel customers out there....

I don't know if you looked at the RAWdata, but there is no extension in the string.

It looks like the PABX has been configured to report the usernames are the extensions, in place of the extension numbers.
