TNGLive ScheduleThread error

Hi Datatex

We are having a problem were after creating a Schedule the log file shows the following error. Please help.

Hi

We are still having this problem.

I have checked the smtp server and it's now set to allow anoymous and no authentication
but we are still getting this error in the logs repeating over and over.

Try the following:

• Delete the schedule.
• Stop the TNG deamon.
• Rename the TNG log to for example 'tng1.log'.
• Start the TNG deamon.
• Check that the deleted schedule is not listed anymore.
• View the report you want to schedule and send a test e-mail to see if you receive it and can view it.
• If successful, add the schedule again, using a different schedule name.
