Is there any way to add columns to a TNG report?

Hi,

Is there any way to add columns fields to the built-in reports (e.g. Highest Cost Call Report / Highest Duration Call Report). In the reports mentioned, we would like to see which departments are involved. with expensive and long calls.

The TNG Report format is fixed. For list of reports available see forum post:

Highest Cost Call Report / Highest Duration Call Report:

You can select the departments, number of highest call cost calls, etc. to display. It will list all the departments selected (see circled red in screenshot), but not the department individually per call.

Hi Belinda,

Thanks for getting back to me (didn't see your reply, hadn't ticked 'notify me'...). It's a pity you can't change which columns are included in a report :-(

Does Datatex have a place where one can request features to be included in a later release?
