Can not open any report screen and error user config screen

Can not open any report screen.It shows that webpage can not be displayed.Screenshot included.Also User detail missing and shows strange error on user configuration screen webpage.

When speaking on the phone you mentioned the issue was with user names. The screenshot shows the issue with extension names. The extension file seems corrupt.

You will need to:
  1. stop the tng service,
  2. move (cut & paste) the 'tngext.dat' and 'tngdept.dat' files to a backup folder,
  3. start the tng service.
  4. If the display is correct, then you need to add the extensions and extension descriptions again.
