Data Synchonisation

I am trying to get my reports working for Aril and I can only see report info from December. I have tried to synchronize the data but it does not pull the data from Master.csv. I can see it in Master.csv. How can I get this to work

The synchronize data feature does not apply to the import of call details. The feature is to update changes to historic data(already loaded into TNG), for example extension or user details - see forum post: How do I synchronize TNG data?

Ensure that Asterisk is configure to send the standard call data format to TNG - refer to forum post:
TNG and Asterisk: Suggested setup

If the format of the 'master.csv was' not changed, then you need to check the TNG log file for errors while trying to import the data. The log file is in the folder 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\logs'. Select the correct date folder to find the 'tng.log' file.
