Thank you for the rawdata.

I compared it with the output format for Alcatel IP Offic plugin and it does not match.
Note that the format changed, were some field were added. This also does not match your output format.

See more details on both formats in forum post:
TOPAZ PABX3 Plugin: Avaya IP Office

Please check with your PABX support if you can maybe change the format of the comma delimted file to match the example in the forum post.

Hi Belinda

Thanks for that, I have tried the updated plugin and it now shows different information.
I see in your post you have said that the format can not be changed on the Avaya system and I can confirm this is the case it can not be changed.
Is there a newer plug in for the Avaya IPO 500 v2 v8.1?

Regards
Carl

The output format of version 8.0 cannot be changed.

It could be that 8.1 can be set to the same format as 8.0. If so, the plugin will work.

I have contacted a Avaya technician to confirm this. I am waiting on feedback and will then update you.

To speed up the process, you may also contact your Avaya support for confirmation. If it cannot be changed we will need information regarding the output format(SMDR data) and examples of call actions.

Hi Belinda

I thought you were contacting Avaya support?
I have looked everywhere and there is no way to change the way that Avaya sends out the SMDR.

is it not possible to create a new plug in for the 8.1 data?

I confirmed with a Avay technician and the output has changed in the new version. We have received some documentation from him.

To create a new plugin, development time must be scheduled. We have not received any other request for a plugin for this PABX brand and model.

I will forward the information. I do not have a release date.

Thanks

My problem with that is that the client will need to purchase an upgrade license from Avaya to upgrade to a new version.
Can you explain to me how the Rules.ini file works and maybe I can just add in a rule to put in the 0 to the numbers dialled?
