so it looks like there is no support, why is this forum not monitored ?

Sometimes the anti-virus will pick up a virus when it does its decrypting, etc. even if it is not a virus.

We run anti-virus software at our site and has not picked up a problem with the install. You can disable the anti-virus software to do the download.

If you are unsure you can use the following link to test the download:

It will run it through various anti-virus software and you can decide based on the outcome if you trust it.

For Windows 10 (and maybe even 8.0 / 8.1)
The built in anti-virus needs to be disabled temporarily until the installation is complete.
To do this follow these steps:
- Click on start
- Type in anti and select VIRUS & THREAT PROTECTION
- Under Virus and threat protection settings, select Manage settings
- Disable the Real-Time protection

Remember to enable it again once the installation is complete
