I checked the tng.log and picked up something else:

    Code: Select all
    2013-10-16 09:41:07:536 [1.1.1.11] - Loading Plugin: C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\plugins\PNEC_NEAX_2400_IMS.dll.dll
    2013-10-16 09:41:07:536 [1.1.1.11] - Plugin      : !!Not found!!

If you go to the tng plugins folder, set the Windows folder view option to display the file extension
If the plugin name has the file extension '.dll.dll' you must change it to only ".dll".

Now, regarding the buffer not found issue:

The TNG expects to find the buffer on one of the following com ports:
    Code: Select all
    2013-10-16 09:51:54:203 [1.1.1.11] - The following ports will be searched [COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4]
Please check under device manager if the USB buffer is listed next to any of these ports. If listed connect to it using hyperterminal/putty/pabx3 to see if you can communicate with it. For more details refer to forum post: My TNG buffer is not being detected

Stop the TNG service and then start it again.
This should clear the access violation issue.

Allow TNG service to start and then log in again.

See if the buffer is then found.
