Good Day

Please assist with resolving call direction on our TNG, all call show as incoming therefore are not charged.
please see attached.

Also attached are cdr files containing call information to the numbers below.

All these calls were made from phone number 5884082 or extension 4082.

Hi Belinda,

The issue of outgoing calls showing as incoming is stilol a problem, We (Debswana) would like to report on this. because of this, our customers are not able to allocate calls.
