Hi can someone please send me the Hymax VoIP ratebook for the TNG program.

We do not have a Hymax VoIP ratebook.
TNG 1.1.1 + has new custom rates features which allows you to setup your own ratebooks.
To setup Hymax VOIP rates you can use the all_simple_custom.dll option.
