The 'dtxPanasonicTDA.log' has the following entries:

I would suggest checking that your USB cable is connected to the Panasonic (not the USB cable connected to the TNG buffer, which has a serial cable to the PABX for call details) - the programming cable, it handles the bar and unbar command(not call details).
Once confirmed it is connected securely, please shut the PC down via Windows and power it up. This is to ensure all resource is available(you mentioned it was slow updating) and that all the services started up correctly.
Make a test call. If you still get the same entries in the 'dtxPanasonicTDA.log' then there is an issue connecting to the Panasonic TAPI. To test is TAPI is working refer to point 2 in the forum post:
