To run TNG on the Farsouth unit, your original install must be the TNG install for Farsouth, refer to forum post: Where to I find the TNG for COMX(Far South) install? This will have all the settings in place and no manual cofiguration must be done.
Your master.csv format is as per standard Asterisk output, refer to post:
TNG 4 Asterisk CSV Import Interface.
Please check that if the auto update of extension is enabled and if so, if your TNG 4* meets the requirements: TNG 4*: Auto update user names for extensions from PABX
If you do not meet the requirements, please disable this feature as this could cause the funny extension numbers.
