User Detail Report's Not Working

Hi

To Whom it May Concern

I am Using a TNG with a Epygi PBX , Also Using the TNGepygiRadius...

Followed all Instructions on how to connect the Epygi to the TNG using the TNGepygiRadius

I am able to See Calls / Extension Reports coming in on the TNG from the Epygi.

I have 2 Problems at the Moment.

1. "Client Code Identification " is not working

Example : User A and User B Phone from Telephone 1 ..

Via the TNG , I am unable to differentiate between User A and User B , .. Both have different Pin Codes.

After Test calls on the Call List of the TNG it can be seen that it shows only the Person that the Phone belongs to made 2 calls... Does not differentiate between Pin codes / Users

2. " User Detail Reports are not working"

When Clicking on User Listing It shows all Users , Pin Codes and Departments Correctly ..

When you try and get a report based on the user it does not work... I would assume 1 of the Reasons would be because it is not able to differentiate between users..

Please note that I am Importing my Pin and Ext Information via File As per the Documentation and recommendations in the Forum's...

As per telephone conversation, the pin and account code swop option must be enabled.

Pin and account code swop option did also not work

As per your suggestion , I sent all my Configuration Files through on a PM to yourself and John Richard Procter

Any Update on the PM I sent through last week ?

Hi,
Can you please include a log file from the TNGEpygiRadius Service. You will have to restart the service, it will be in Debug mode then and log the first couple of calls information so that w can see the output.

You can then make a test call with a pincode and supply that information with the log. You are welcome to ZIP or RAR the log file with a password and Private Message the password through to keep your information hidden.

Hi,
Don't worry about the logs, I got them from Belinda, She had all the files I needed.
Will revert back once I have checked what is wrong here.
