TNG not displaying NEW Extension History or Call duration.

Hi Guys , I am not very Linux literate and require to be Linux literate to solve this issue. I use TNG administrator witch is installed on a Linux based PABX system for a multitenant system to bill our clients accordingly. Everything is working perfectly and I have nothing to complain about except for the one issue.

When adding a new extension(user) on TNG I take the following steps :

1.Select Extension configuration.
2.Add my extension number , extension name and the department.

I have created this extension as a ghost extension that is being used as a follow me that dials out through the PABX via a specific sip peer to a cellphone after it rang for a certain time at the original extension.

The USER is added on our PABX and also in TNG

TNG is linked to our PBX system and uses multiple SIP peers , thus for using TNG.

The problem I am having is with this new user ..... There is no record of this user making any calls whatsoever even though they are making calls and receiving calls.

I would appreciate it if you guys could get back to me as soon as possible as this is for a HUGE project I am doing .


Please also let me know if you require any extra information from me.
