Good morning Luanda.

We recently installed 1.1.1.13 of TNG for Asterisk and are still experiencing the same problem.
TNG runs fine for a couple days but then stops receiving inbound call records. The logs indicate numerous entries similar to the following: "2016-05-13 11:39:52:472 [1.1.1.13] - [AMI LOG] - Waiting on Dial Plan and Peer List [Repeated 26 times]"

Killing the tng process and restarting tng seems to address the issue for a day or two until the issue then re-occurs.

Please may I ask for your very urgent assistance?

Hi John.

Sorry for the late responce.
TNG 1.1.1.13 was made to address this wating on dial list issue.

Can you grep the errors before the error occurs and after.

How many extensions you have configure.

Can I have the specs of the Server

also grep the 1st Dial up entry and the last

Code: Select all
2016-05-13 11:39:52:472 [1.1.1.13] - [AMI LOG] - Waiting on Dial Plan and Peer List [Repeated 26 times]"

I want to escalate the query but i need more info to do so.

Thank you Regards

Hi,
TNG also has to re-process the dial plan whenever changes are made to the dial plan. This is done automatically when the dialplan reloads.
Is the dial plan very big?
Are there alot of peer entries?
