086 Numbers not billing Aastra 470

Good day

The clients uses TNG 1.1.1.12 and Aastra 470 pabx.

The customer has found that 086 calls are not being billed, some duration even longer than 10 minutes. I have attached 3 days of raw data file.

I have tested these calls through the new rates and found the problem is with the Telkom rates itself.
The 0860103xxx and 0860117xxx range doesn't exist according to Telkom's rate database. I have informed them that their database is out of date.
I also tested it on the Telkom website and it also reports that the number is not know.

I have now manually adding those ranges for now, to allow the next rate update to work properly. I have tested your data again and those calls now cost properly.

Rates update should be released this week.
