TNG with a Yeastar MyPBX

Postby Ditiaan » Thu Feb 12, 2015 2:13 pm

Was wondering if anyone has managed to get the above setup working with TNG.

I download and installed the Asterisk Evaluation version available from this site. I started out with version 1.0.7.0 and could see info populating the log files in tng. I was getting errors however "cdr status" command unknown or something to that effect which was sorted out by upgrading to 1.0.7.6. I am still however getting an access violation has occurred in tng.exe error.

I just cannot seem to get this working. There is definitely comms between the MyPBX and TNG as I can see the information in the log files. Even when making a call the info was in the log but not going into TNG.

I have a Yeastar MyPBX working with Man3000, but this pulls the information straight from the MySQL server database named CDR that is installed on port 3306 from what I can see.

Has anyone been able to make the Yeastar MyPBX work with TNG? It is an asterisk based PABX but not all structures on the unit are identical?

I would really like to try and get it working as I prefer the TNG interface.

To integrate with Asterisk you must run the TNGLive for Asterisk,
see forum post for install TNG Install Files

NOTE: Datatex only supports the TNGLive for Asterisk on Linux version. You must install it on the same PC as the Asterisk.

If you Asterisk does not have the option to create the standard output master.csv file then TNGLive for Asterisk will not be able to translate the call details for reporting.

SUGGESTION: You can try and use the following post to create your own script to dump data from the Asterisk database from time to time: How to import Asterisk DB data to TNG4*.

NOTE: This suggestion is not supported by Datatex.

Plugin has been developed for MyPBX Standard Version 4, see forum post to download plugin(dll file):

Re: MyPBX-Standard V4

  1. Save dll file in the folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Datatex\tng\plugins
  2. Restart the tng service under CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS -> Services
  3. Login and select the plugin under General Settings -> Communication configuration
    Click APPLY to save.

NOTE: This plugin will only work with the standard raw data file - CSV file the YeaStar exports.

EXAMPLE OF STANDARD RAW DATA:

Here is a method to get the CDR file from the MyPBX to the local PC:
