TNG not showing report for USERs

Hi Support,

I am using a Linux based PABX with Elastix as my VOIP system and linked TNG to it.

I use firefox and Chrome to access TNG on the system.

I can pull any report I want to except any user report. When I do this there is no record of the user ever dialing out.

Attached is a ami.txt file and a tng.log file.

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Lee

If you pull a transaction detail report for the same period, do you have a result?

If so, go to the User Configuration screen and check if the display is not 'broken' - this means that the file is corrupted. You will need to blank the user file and enter / re-import the user again. For steps to blank the file and import refer to forum post: Not all my users are listed - please add user on call list

If no result for the report, then we must first sort out why TNG is not receiving call details. We suggest the CSV file input option - refer to topic TNG and Asterisk: Suggested setup

Adding a RAW.txt file for further troubleshooting

Yes it does the same. No result

If you have call details in the Transaction detail report, then Asterisk is sending off call details in the correct format for TNG.

The raw.txt file is the converted string, for example:
26-02-2015|12:07:57|273|246|O||00|00|44|VOIP-INT|O_ANSWERED|0|-44||||device|DOCUMENTATION|
This is a pipe delimited file. The field after the '|O|' is for pin/account code. As you can see it is blank.

For Asterisk and pin codes (user names), refer to forum post:
TNG 4*: no result for user reports

So this has already been enabled previously. What is the next step?

Please make a test call using a pin code and check the raw.txt file if the code is present - as explained above.

If not, check the Asterisk raw data in the import folder for the date of the test call and search for the pin code in it. If not present it is a Asterisk configuration issue or the format of the Asterisk raw data - refer to post:
