I have installed TNG at a client the problem i seem to be having is the incorrect refencing of Destinations/zones in Botswana.
It would reference Kgomokasitwa as 54* and 53*.But Kgomokasitwa is in the 53* which is mainly referred to as Lobatse(53)*
it would also reference Nata as 65* but Nata is under 62*.
one other thing is when i put the local code as 3.The 3 is included when a number is dialled and the destination is referenced as Gaborone.e.g when i dial 2675412345 which is a Kanye 54* it would appear as 26735412345 then references the destination as Gaborone.

NOTE: Use the 'TNG_setup_1_1_1_12.exe' under the heading 'For Windows'.

Please confirm which version of TNG are you running?
Did you install this version or did you upgrade to it?

Please see the tng .ini file.

Hi For the DESTINATIONS such as KGOMOKASITWA,CHADIBE CENTRAL,NATA is it possible that you use the parent area like you have for destinations in GABORONE using GABORONE as the destination

eg
For Jwaneng 58 write Jwaneng Area instead of :KGOMOKASITWA - (BW) B as the destination.They make the information for the calls made are so inaccurate.Some customers would deny they ever made calls to such destinations.Please assist with issue and the BTC Indexing.

Version 1.1.1.12 as indicated on my post heading.I v installed it.The same thing occurs across many of the clients i have installed it at.
