Good day

The client is running TNG 1.1.1.12 with newest Telkom rates update. They are using a Aastra 470 Pabx.

Intermittently when client phones a 086 number, the call does not get costed.

I have attached a ext detail report for February, as well as raw data for February 2015. Also attached is a spreadsheet showing not billed numbers.

TNG Telkom 2014 Rates Update

We have had this problem before as well, spoke to Leon and Lee. After they tested they then released a new telkom rate book update as you refer to. We did install it at client but id did not resolve the issue.

I just took a random 086 number from one of your reports and tested it and it works here.

Which numbers are not working for you?

Did you check if the new calls coming in are still having the issue or did you go back and look at the historic information?

Can you please supply one of the Rawdata files from the site and we can process it into a TNG here and see if we get the same issue?

After it we did the rates update it happened again, new calls was made and same happened. it happens intermittantly

I have attached the raw data for the complete month of February for you, if you like i can email you a report of the 086 numbers pulled from TNG as well, showing 086 numbers not being billed.

Hi Conrad,
The data you gave was the exported TNG data after it has already been processed. I was requesting the rawdata. Even if it is only for the day that the update was done, since you say that after the update the issue occurred again. That must mean that there are more numbers that we are missing.

I installed tng 1.1.1.12 ran the update above which I referred you to it.

Imported your raw data and all 086 numbers are costing. from the rawdata you gave me.

I generated a report and they are costing.

I will need you to attach tng.ini file and rule ini file
