How to Connect to a Buffer using Putty

Open TNG click on Buffer Info. It should show you the Com Port Number and PABX Baud Rate

Or Go to device manage/ports/ right click on USB serial Port (COM.NO)
Click on port settings tab.

STOP TNG SERVICES
Open Putty
Click on serial (on Connection type)
Insert Com. Number (under serial line)
Insert buffer PABX Baud Rate (under speed)

My TNG buffer is not being detected
