buffer makes a beep sound

Hi Belinda
My client s buffer makes a beep sound and the buffer icon is red.I stopped and started TNG.
tried finding the buffer but it still blinks.
Please assist.

Hi Precious

i would like to know on your buffer which LED status indicator that is still blinking but if it is the Red Led its probably because the buffer is full. i advise you to see forum postUTMS BUFFER: Enable beep when buffer is 95% full

My TNG buffer is not being detected and feel free to ask for assistance when you get stuck. please note on which stage you get stuck

To check if the buffer is receiving call details from the PABX via Serial,
