Cannot pull Department report by Extension

I am trying to get the call cost split for the telephone account and all I get is a blank report, see below

These were the steps followed to resolve Annatjie Van Der Sandt TNG issue.

Queried for the raw data files to simulate.
they didn't have raw data files, because they were running the TNG version 1.0.6.0.

Solution

To retrieve call details imported export data (C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\export).
To clear the corrupt database, the TNG file must first be blanked before import of export files.

Steps:

  1. Stop TNG service blanked the extension files.
    No report result if department selected

  2. Blank the TNG call details:
    How do I blank the TNG call details?

  3. How do I re-import purged/exported data into TNG?


Pulling of reports

If you pull a report e.g Extension Report It will not generate only if u selected a criteria e.g Department then you don’t specify which department you want to generate report for.

Also see the attached screenshot for a report where department was selected as criteria but not department was selected
