TNG NOT DISPLAYING CALLS IN CALL LIST

TNG does not update or display new calls in call list
When checking pabx output with Hyperterminal, correct SMDR are sent out by the pabx
Data is received as indicated in the RAW.TXT file
PABX is a Samsung OS7100, PC is running on Windows 8, Version 1.1.1.12 of TNG software is installed
