Hi guys,
I hope all is well on your side.
We've found that a client's TNG runs for a couple of minutes and then dies unexpectedly.
When running the 'tng' in non-daemon mode, it seems that TNG processes CDR logs but then I see "Floating point exception" as the last item logged before the process dies, as indicated below:
ChannelInExtensions: channel="08XXXXXXX" cleanExt="08XXXXXXX" aliasExt="08XXXXXXX"
ChannelInExtensions: channel="7501" cleanExt="7501" aliasExt="7501"
DEBUG ParseCDRRecordToTNGFormat: 6 src = "7501" dst = "08XXXXXXX"
DEBUG ParseCDRRecordToTNGFormat: 4 tempSrc = "7432" tempDst = "DBN_NeoVoice"
ChannelInExtensions: channel="7432" cleanExt="7432" aliasExt="7432"
Floating point exception
I've masked out the actual dialed numbers for privacy reasons but what I did find is that the original number was only a 9-digit number instead of a 10-digit number. Would this have any affect?
Please may I ask for your urgent assistance?
