Call Direction / Destination Reporting

Postby Phase_1 » Thu Aug 06, 2015 2:17 pm

Afternoon,

We have a client running TNG with a buffer.
Win 7 Pro x64 SP 1, fully updated.
TNG software is 1.1.1.12

The live call log as well as reports display all the incoming numbers and destination as "INCOMING".
The client wants it changed.

This is what I have done:

-> Renamed the exchange file
-> Made a backup of exchange file in another directory and deleted the exchange.dat file
-> Made backup of the data folder in remote directory, cleared all the content.
-> Re-synced via TNG software.
-> Uninstalled / Re-installed and updated the Radius service.
-> Updated the buffer driver

The client wants reporting on incoming calls, outgoing calls and reporting between extensions.
The reporting between extensions and outgoing calls seem to be working fine, I am having trouble with the incoming call reporting

Kindly assist as I am not sure what else can be done to achieve the goal.

I have attached the files I believe you require.
Thank you in advance for the assistance.

JJ.

Hi Luanda,

I attached both files as requested.
The path for raw.txt has no "raw.txt" file in the folder, the only file listed is "tng.log"

Morning,

The client confirmed that Call identity is indeed enabled.
They are not using any PSTN’s or conventional ISDN’s, they are using an E1 ISDN which is 1 emulated ISDN.

Please advise.

Good day JJ

Can you please confirm the number of trunks you have.

or Can you just pull today's report for today, so i can see the trunks which display the cli and those who don't then I will investigate per trunk the are cases where the ISP doesn't enable the CLI on some trunks

Regards

Good day JJ

Please find attached screenshot.

trunks.PNG

Pay attention to Trunk PSTN0 it doesn't display CLI.

I went back to the raw.files that trunk doesn't send CLI to tng thefore tng TNG can not report/display data it didn't received from the pabx.

Please check with the ISP inregards to the configaration for CLI for trunk PSTN0

The issue is with the trunk not TNG it self.

Kind Regards

Luanda

Afternoon Luanda,

Neotel cam back and confirmed:

"Here is the confirmation as well.
We do not change the CLI for the calls coming from outside towards the PBX.
And Trunk is active to take calls with any CLI."

Please advise
