Calls not being matched to account code

Hi,

We have a TNG installation that has been working fine for a while, but lately there are some account codes that have stopped accumulating call records despite there being call logs still entering TNG for these accounts.

The call records in question can still be found in TNG if searched by extension number, but they're not linked to an account code.

The only change is that more account codes have been added over time. Logging format has not changed.

TNG 1.1.1.11.

Please advise?

I don't think we can update as our subscription expired recently. Anyway, the 1.1.1.12 update you referred doesn't mention anything about a bug fix on account codes. If we have to pay to update then can I please get your assurance that the 1.1.1.12 update does fix this bug?

For bug fixes in the latest versions, refer to forum post: TNG 1.1.1.13 (Asterisk change)
Note: If choosing to upgrade first upgrade to 1.1.1.12 and the update the executable to 1.1.1.13

I would suggest before upgrading double check the user configuration:

  1. May be the 'Swop Pin and Account Codes' option was untick.
    refer to topic: TNG 4*: no result for user reports

  2. If the user file was damage then, you will need to blank it and re-import the users - refer topic:
