TOP 30 callers report

Hi guys,

A client of ours has requested a report that will indicate the top 30 outbound callers over a month or week period. How would one run such a report using TNG?

Hi Dcdata

Please select highest cost call criteria on reports
Type in the number of the callers you want to pull for on Top Call Entries to List
Tick call outcome and select Outgoing Answered Calls Only
Click on preview

You can set the schedule report by selecting the schedule opition next to preview to recicive the report via email over a month or a week period.
