Hi Support,

Do you have any documentation on how to connect a TNG to a Alcatel via a network port?

I see there is mention in this post of a app (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=90&p=90 )
, but there are no details on configuration and no basic config file included in the included rar. Is this a service that needs to be manually installed?

Also, what programming is required on the Alcatel for the plugin to work?

Some insight as to what is required would be appreciated.

Which Alcatel PABX are you using?

The above mentioned link is specif for Alcatel OXE

For normal connection, TNG connects to a TCP port to get data and you can test out side TNG using Putty.
