TNG NOT NOT GIVING USER DETAIL REPORT ON AVAYA IP OFFICE

The client is running TNG ver 1.1.1.12
PABX - IP Office, ver 8.1 software
Plugin - PAvaya_IP_Office_8_1.dll

I have attached raw data files for 16 / 17 March.

Problem-

The customer uses pincodes. They have setup the names and codes under users and accounts on TNG.

When you run a user detail report, it gives you data but the data is not allocated to any user.
Ext detail report works fine. Account detail report gives you un-allocted data and below that data, data per account.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Dear Conrad

I have imported and simulated your TNG query.

TNG user detail report don't print user bill on a separate page, in your case you are using pin codes try pulling an account detail report alternatively pull individual report separately.
