Reporting on Unanswered calls in TNG.

TNG checks the call action as well as the duration for certain call outcomes. In case a call's action type is Unanswered or if an Incoming call has a duration of 00:00:00, the outcome is marked as Unanswered.

When running a report on Incoming Unanswered calls, TNG will also include calls that has a duration of 00:00:00.

It will be showed under incoming call unanswered.
