Good day Support,

Please assist with the following matter,

The customer TNG is functioning(logging calls) however my issue is that it seems the the Column data is mixed up.

The data in the 'Call List' looks like the attachment. "Call list"


The CDR data from the PABX looks the attachment. "CDR data"


How can I go about rectifying this?
