Dear Christiaan

As per our telephonic discussion.

We discussed the issue internally and initially thought that the client might have two PABX’s or that there might be another system between the PABX and TNG. That there might be some sort of routing that could be influencing the flow of data.

You confirmed there is nothing between the PABX and TNG and therefore we will have to check the way that the data is being translated by the ComX plugin. This means that all the information that you’ve sent to us will need to be escalated to our senior technicians for investigation.
