TNG not billing International calls

Good day

The client has made various international numbers, calls are not being billed. If you look at data from a month ago on the same rate book the calls are billed.

Numbers that was phoned by the client on the 10th of May 2017:
18477250964
18477250941

The client has TNG ver 1.1.1.12 and a Mitel 470 pbx with tcp proxy.

I have attached the custom rate book and ini file as well as raw data. Tng license is still also up to date and Tng on the newest version.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay.

I've copied the information onto my PC and will run the simulation tests. Can you please confirm if the other call records are being costed? You mentioned that TNG costed the call records from the month prior, please confirm those numbers.

Once complete, I will give you a call and post a reply.

Hi Odette

Yes the same international numbers as reported was costed in April of 2017, it seems like from May 2017 all internal call billing stopped.

So basically it is only international calls that is affected. Local, national and mobile calls are billed correctly.
