Delayed info to the call list

Good day
The calls info is delayed when being displayed on the call list screen thus making the scheduled reports inaccurate.
The plugins being used is: PSamsung_7400.dll

Could you please provide more information?
Please specify the TNG Communication mode (Network, Serial or File Reader)
Also confirm the time frame of the delay.

Hi
It is using a network communication mode and as far as the time delay, it varies as you saw when you were logged in.

I am still waiting for feedback around this issue. It is now becoming urgent as the client is reliant on their reports to measure the sales figures.
