Please look at the user names, they are now duplicate.
The one has the name followed by surname and the second has the name followed by a comma and then the surname.

You need to look at your user name configuration and ensure that it is setup correct to not have these kind of duplicates.

TNG does not allow adding of duplicate pin codes (even if the user name is different).
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Dear Raashid

To see the user list with pin code you can use the User listing report.

The user listing report will provide a list of all the pin code users in TNG.
This list can be broken down to view only the users of a particular department or alternatively all the users can be listed.

Please use it to confirm that the correct user name is linked to the correct pin code.

If extensions are used, the use the extension listing and ensure the correct extension is linked to the correct extension name.

You can use the Synchronize feature to update historic data: How do I synchronize TNG data?
