We have a setup using on site MVO and a TNG.
This client has a setup where physical terminals are barred from outgoing calls and each user uses a pin code to dial out.
To achieve the pin codes we have had to block the terminal and create a virtual user. The main terminal then dials a speed dial which is programmed on the system to allow remote control of the virtual user to call out.
We have set up a custom rate book for this user for the rates they are billed in a per minute Billing setup.
Local: 0.25c
National: 0.25c
Fixed to Mobile: 0.45c
It was requested that I provide the raw.txt file, the custom Rate book with specific call samples.
I am also aware that if the rates include VAT they will need to be adjustd to allow for the VAT rate factor.
I have pulled call samples into a CSV for one specific user and his pin code.
Pin code: 4006
Virtual user: 2216
Extension / Terminal: 8549
There are numerous issues.
The actual rate is displaying incorrectly at the end report, could this be the VAT rate factor?
The Physical Terminals are displaying outgoing calls, this is not possible on our system, incoming calls should go to the terminal, but all outgoing calls should be from the virtual user that is remote controlled to call out.
