We are experiencing issues when printing "Extension Detail Reports" We have picked up that - on the 30.07.2018 at 13:08:00 a call was made through Barrack Street, duration of the call 00.06:34. This call, after (00:06:34), the call was ended to ± 13:14:34 The next call made on the same extension was made at 13:09:00, 1 minute after the previous call was logged keeping in mind that the previous call duration was 00:06:34. there are several of these examples on this particular extension. Can you assist us with this matter.
We were assisted via Team viewer by Datatex Support team last month as were issues with the raw data not being pulled in, thankfully this was resolved at the 99th hour, thank you for your help. Does this perhaps have any bearing on our issue from last month.
The particular extension I am using as an example never has a bill of over R100.00. This month her account is R463.54 ??
