As per telephonic conversation with Belinda.
Please make a few test calls and check the format of the rawdata from the NEC SL2100.
We have found that some of the PABX's are configured to use the same output format for the rawdata.
Please refer to link below to compare format of rawdata:

Should the NEC SL2100 rawdata format differ, please attach a sample of the rawdata for further investigation.
