Please see attached regarding our telecon this morning. The all_custom_simple.ini file is the one I created with the prefixes of the calls that were not being billed and attached is also a screenshot of one of the numbers which is still not being billed after I followed all the steps bellow.
I’m awaiting an .ini file which you asked me to use. If this is not sorted today can we please request a call out or remote support with a quote.
