Error message when adding a new pin code

Hi,

We have a client who is trying to add a new user on tng, I have attached a screenshot with the error they are getting when trying to add a code,

I need to see what page and what was entered to try and duplicate it.

HI Refiloe

The error may be referring to the value that is entered.
Please check the raw data files for one of this users calls and confirm that the exact entry is 3032.

Check that there is not a digit before or after the code as this will need to be entered as well.
Eg : "30320" or "03032"

Please edit on of the accepted entries and view what is displayed under the asterisk hidden entries.
This should give an idea of the format it expects.

Else the raw.txt file must be attached.

As discussed by phone.

Please use the Listing Report by User name to see if the pin code has already been added.
If so confirm if the correct user name and department is allocated to the pin code.

To update it, you need to edit it under Configure Users using the user name listed on the Listing Report by User name.
