TNG not updating data

Hi Support,

Is there any reason why tng is not pulling records from the PBX, is this something we need to check on the server,

As discussed by phone,
please check the file that Asterisk writes out for TNG to import:

TNG -> General Settings -> Asterisk Interface Method -> CSV Input
See the path for file reader option to know the location of the csv file.

You need to tail -f this file on the Asterisk server to see if it has call details for current date-time.
