Good day Support,

Our client is not able to pull data from tng front end,

Dear Refilo

I will need more information.

Please check on the Call List page when last a call loaded.
If recent calls, then the reporting should also reflect these calls - check report settings.

If no recent calls on Call List page, check if TNG with buffer version.
The buffer must be detected to load calls via serial cable.
