custom rate book sometimes does not retrieve cost from telko

Hi guys

Now that I am using a custom ratebook for our clients to allow for new numbers to cost on TNG. I have come across another problem, the new numbers on the custom rate book are costing but the problem comes when the costing has to be read from the Telkom rate book, sometimes the numbers cost and sometimes they don't cost. I have attached a the first page of a report that was drawn just to show you what is happening, where the frequently called number highlighted in yellow and another frequently called number highlighted in pink are sometimes showing the cost and sometimes are not. I have also attached the screen grab of my custom ratebook that I am using. Please assist me with this issue...
