TSL/SSL error with MVO barring software

This error is due to compatibility between the browser and the operating system.

You can try a different browser and if that does not work, it is most likely the operating system that does not have the libraries.

If using an older Windows operating system, for example XP please than use a server running then newer version of Windows to ensure the SSL/TSL libraries are available.
